Dr. Trace Palmer
Chiropractic
For Dr. Trace Palmer, chiropractic care is more than a profession—it is a family tradition and a lifelong calling. Growing up in a family with five chiropractors spanning three generations, he was immersed in the chiropractic lifestyle from an early age and witnessed firsthand the impact that natural healthcare can have on people’s lives.
After earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1995, Dr. Trace joined his father, Dr. Thomas Palmer, at Palmer Chiropractic Center, where he spent three years learning the value of patient-centered care and building on a family legacy that began in 1952. Driven by a desire to serve those in need, he then participated in an outreach program through Life University, providing chiropractic care to underserved communities in Costa Rica and Honduras for two years. These experiences deepened his commitment to helping people achieve better health and quality of life.
Upon returning to the United States, Dr. Trace continued his work at Life University’s main campus for eight years, further refining his clinical skills and expanding his knowledge of chiropractic healthcare. In 2010, he fulfilled a longtime dream by opening Palmer Chiropractic in Richmond Hill, Georgia. Since opening its doors on August 2, 2010, the practice has become known for compassionate care, personalized treatment, and a commitment to helping patients live healthier and more active lives.
Today, Dr. Trace proudly carries forward the Palmer family tradition as the sixth chiropractic office established by a Palmer family member, continuing a legacy of service, healing, and dedication that spans more than seven decades.
